Beautifully engraved Stock Certificate from the International Resistance Company issued in the 1963 for shares of common stock. This item has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical man holding up an electron while turning a dial with a Rocket taking off in the background. The actual certificate is much nicer than the scanned picture below indicates.
Name changed to IRC, Inc. 12/16/65 IRC, Inc. merged into TRW Inc. 2/19/68 The historic certificate has the printed signature of the company's president and treasurer.
