Beautifully engraved historic 100 Dinar Bond Certificate from the Republic of Iraq issued in 1985. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a smiling Saddam Hussein. There is and an elaborate watermark in the paper used for the bond. There is also a vignette on the back of a soldier holding a sword in the air while galloping on horseback during battle. This item has the printed signature of the Minister of Finance Signature and is over 22 years old. (5 3/4" x 6 3/4")
