Beautifully engraved certificate from the Jamestown, Franklin, and Clearfield Railroad Company issued in 1909. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical women(one with wings holding a torch) and an allegorical man. This item is hand signed by the company's vice-president and secretary and is over 91 years old.
