Beautifully engraved unissued certificate from the Kolster Radio Corporation. This historic document was printed by the Security Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a fist holding lightning.
Certificate Vignette The company made radios during the 1920's and went out of business in 1931 due to the depression. All of the company's assets were sold in 1931 to ITT for $3,000,000 and a new company called Kolster Radio Inc was formed.
