Beautifully engraved SPECIMEN certificate from the Laclede-Christy Clay Products Company. This historic document was printed by the Columbian Banknote Company in the 1940's and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle.
Certificate Vignette In 1907 the Laclede Fire Brick Manufacturing Company and the Christy Fireclay Company were consolidated and incorporated under the laws of the state of Missouri as the Laclede-Christy Clay Products Company.
