This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of allegorical figures. This item is hand signed by the company's vice-president and secretary and is over 71 years old. The company merged into National U.S. Radiator Corporation in 1946. The company named was changed to Natus Corporation in 1955. In 1960, the company's name was changed to Kirkeby - Natus Corporation. In 1961, the comapny's name was changed to United Ventures, Inc. In 1970, the company merged into Federated Development Company. Federated Development Company merged into Federated Natural Resources in 1983.
