Beautiful certificate from the Pleasure Bay Launch Company issued in 1897. This historic document was printed by the Broun-Green Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of two allegorical women holding a shield. This item has been hand signed by the Company's President, John P. O'Brien and Treasurer, J. E. Comins and is over 113 years old.
