Beautifully engraved certificate from the Richmond Water Company issued in 1886. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a fountain with men and women watching dressed in period attire. This item is hand signed by the Company's President ( Weston Lewis ) and its Treasurer ( Josiah Maxcy ) and is over 116 years old.
