Beautiful certificate from the Signal Ditch Company issued in 1889. This historic document was printed by Smith & Ferl Printers and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of Colorado state seal flanked by eagle on pinnacle and miners working with picks. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, George Richardson and Secretary, L. H. quinby and is over 135 years old. Pen cancelled. XF. Datelined Denver.
