Beautifully engraved certificate from the Superior California Farm Lands Company issued in 1924. This historic document was printed by Republic Bank Note and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of eagle stanging on a rock with a farm behind him. This item is hand signed by the Company's Assistant Secretary and is over 80 years old.
