Beautifully engraved certificate from the Thekemer Realty Company in 1906, This historic document was printed by the Harry A. Langjahr & Co. and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of people riding old bicycles, an old motor car, a streetcar and houses in the background. There is also an embossed corporate seal. This item has the hand signatures of the Company's President ( Jas. S. Eckley ) and Secretary M. C. Krug )and is over 97 years old.
