Beautifully engraved certificate from the Victor Land and Mineral Company issued in 1914. This historic document was printed by Werremeyer Print and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of Lady Liberty holding an American flag and a shield. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 90 years old.
