Beautiful certificate from the Victor Steam Motor Company issued in 1923. This historic document was printed by Goes and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorial woman holding a lightbulb standing beside a motor. This item has been hand signed by the Company's President, B.F. Taylor and Secretary, W.F. Taylor and is over 88 years old.
