Beautiful engraved specimen 12 1/8% Bond Certificate from Wendy's International, Inc ptinted in 1985. This historic document was printed by United States Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the company logo. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Secretary and is over 23 years old. 
Certificate Vignette Wendy's International, Inc. NYSE: WEN is the parent company of Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers. It also owns 70 percent of Cafe Express and 25 percent (fully diluted) of Pasta Pomodoro. The Tim Hortons chain was spun off by Wendy's into a separate company in September 2006. The Baja Fresh chain was sold in October 2006.
