This historic document was printed in Canada and has an ornate border around it with the company's name on top center. The company changed its name from the Automatic Musical Instrument Company to the Automatic Sales Company of Canada in 1931. This item has the printed signatures of the Company's President, J.W. Norcross and Asst. Secretary and is over 74 years old. Automatic Musical Instrument Company introduced the phonograph with a mechanical ten-record system that played on both sides. The Automatic Sales Company of Canada sold the product in Canada.
