Beautifully engraved certificate from the Berkeley Canning & Manufacturing Company issued in 1891. This historic document was printed by E. W. Perry & Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of Fort Sumter. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 113 years old. Signed by Trustees on verso: William H. Welch, John Boyd and John C. Wieters. 20 unused coupons attached on bottom.
