Beautifully engraved certificate from the City of Jersey City issued in 1915. This historic document was printed by the Hamilton Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the state shield. This item is hand signed by the City's Mayor ( Mark M. Fagan ), Clerck and Director of Revenue and Finance and is over 88 years old.
