Beautifully engraved certificate from Hebard Lateral issued in 1924. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a screaming eagle perched upon a globe and an American shield. This item is hand signed by the Company's President ( J.C. Young ) and Secretary ( Fred Jackson ) and is over 80 years old.
