This historic document was printed by the Rocky Mountain Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an eagle with its wings spread out holding a shield and laurel in its claws. This item is hand signed by the company's president and assistant secretary and is over 133 years old. The RAVEN APEX MINING CO. property in the Cripple Creek District, on Raven Hill became part of the Joe Dandy Mining Company.
