Beautiful certificate from Le Nouveau Monde. It was issued in Paris for working gold mines in California. This historic document has an ornate border the the company's name in fancy print. This item has been hand signed by the Company's Managing Director, and the agent in London. This item is over 150 years old. Le Nouveau Monde means "The New World" in French. Early California related gold mining certificates are very hard to find and very desirable.
