Beautifully engraved certificate from the Moulton Mining Company issued from 1881-1902. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with vignettes of men working in a mine. This item is hand signed by the company's president (W.A. Clark ) and assistant secretary and is over 104 years old. Clark was the president over the constitutional conventions in 1884 and 1889. He was elected Senator in 1901. His fine art collection is on display in the Corcoran Gallery in Washington DC. His signature on a signed document lists for $135 in the Sanders guide.
