Beautifully engraved certificate from the Niagara Mining and Smelting Company issued in 1892. This historic document was printed by the American Banknote Company and has an ornate border around it with a three attractive vignettes; one is of Horseshoe Falls and two are subterranean scenes of miners. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 110 years old. Condition is VF.
