Beautifully engraved certificate from the Palisade Theatre Corporation issued in 1920. This historic document was printed by the W. N. Perrin and Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of the Statue of Liberty draped with an American flag, and standing in front of an eagle and a globe. This item is hand signed by the Company's President ( E. Thornton Kelly ) and Treasurer and is over 83 years old.
