Beautifully engraved RARE certificate from the Prall Railway Signal and Telegraph Company issued in 1876. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a railroad train traveling with a factory in the background. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary (Douglas Campbell) and is over 128 years old. This is the first time we have seen this certificate issued.
