Beautifully engraved Stock certificate from the Tung-Sol Electric Company dated 1957 through 1959, which makes it over 39 years old. The certificate has an ornate orange boarder with a nicely engraved vignette of two allegorical figures sitting on both sides of the company's logo. The certificate has the printed signature of the company's officers Tung-Sol is well known for its old radio tubes. TUNG-SOL LAMP WORKS, INC. Name changed to Tung-Sol Electric Inc. in 1951 Tung-Sol Electric Inc. merged into Wagner Electric Corp. (Old) 9/30/66 which was acquired by Studebaker Corp. (Mich.) 5/19/67 which merged into Studebaker-Worthington, Inc. 11/27/67
