Beautifully engraved certificate from the California-Jones Investment Company issued in 1926. This historic document was printed by A. Carlisle & Company and has an ornate border around it. This item is hand signed by the Company's President ( E. B. De Golia ) and Secretary and is over 82 years old. In 1906 E B De Golia and Mr Atkins purchased mining claims in San Bernadino and built the first tungsten mill ending the hand sorting of ore as the only concentrating method. In 1907 a railroad was in place and the place became known as Atolia, a combination of Atkins and De Golia.
