Beautifully engraved certificate from the Montgomery and Erie Railway Company issued in 1867-1881. This historic document has an ornate border around it with a vignette of a train. This item is hand signed by the Company's President (J. M. Wilkin) and Secretary ( W. J. Mead) and is over 121 years old.
