Beautiful certificate from the Turbine Motor and Carriage Co. issued in 1899. This historic document was printed by the Lyman B. Brooks Company and has an ornate border around it with a vignette of an allegorical woman. This item has the signatures of the Company's President, L. M. Foster and Treasurer, H.
